Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a frustrating experience here. I signed up for the rewards program multiple times and showed them, but they still wouldn't give us the free chips and guac. You would think a chain like Chipotle would want to maintain their reputation by being polite and helpful. It seems like the employees here missed that training. Additionally, the ingredients at this location tasted bland compared to other places; everything seemed watery. I wouldn't return to this place even if it were the last Chipotle on Earth.

Tonight and the last time we ordered Chipotle, it appears that they are skimping on the portion sizes. The bowls are not even halfway filled. Even though I understand that it costs extra for protein, I am referring to the rice, lettuce, and fajita mix - it seems like you get more value for your money if you order in person and watch them assemble your meal. Both of my sons' bowls tonight looked like they would only fill a taco.

This location is horrible! They always make my order wrong, sloppy disgusting food all over everything like whoever made food just shoved it in bags with guacamole on everything! When they hand me a drink it is overflowing and messy! Where?s themanagement? The employees don?t care at all and are unprofessional! Don?t waste your time here! It has never improved since thislocation opened!

I exited the highway at 210 with the intention of having dinner at Chipotle on Saturday around 7:30 PM, but found the front doors locked. I went to the side door and was informed that they were only accepting online orders, with no in-store dining available. Many others were also attempting to enter and were similarly disappointed. I usually don't write reviews, but I frequent this Chipotle often since I live nearby. I have to say, I am really disappointed with my recent experiences. It feels like every time I come in, I have to ask multiple times for vinaigrette because they barely put any in the containers. Chipotle, please improve your service.

One of the worst Chipotles I?ve ever been to. They try to give you two grains of rice then charge you when you ask for more. Also the night staff acts like they hate their job. I suppose one positive.. they are fast.

I ordered a burrito and it was the size of a taco. I am a regular customer and have never had any issues before, but I was really disappointed with this order. I ordered it during my lunch break.

The new plant-based chorizo has a spicy kick to it, just like traditional chorizo. It's a unique and delicious option on the menu.

All four of our chicken bowls were overly salty. None of us enjoyed our dinner from Chipotle.
