Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am a big fan of Chipotle and enjoy their food a lot. However, I must say that the service at this particular location is consistently disappointing. Tonight was no exception and it prompted me to leave a review. My family and I arrived at 9:15 and were met with unwelcoming and visibly irritated workers. Their attitude was evident through their harsh glares and rude remarks. They were unreasonably slow in taking our orders and did not call for additional help. I placed an online order at this restaurant, but had a terrible experience. There were at least 15 other customers waiting for their food, and I waited for an extremely long time before finally giving up. The staff seemed unorganized and clueless about how to handle the situation. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The trash was overflowing, the tables were dirty, the rice was undercooked, they were out of guacamole, veggies, and chips, and they overcharged me for a kids meal. The person making the food seemed to be under the influence and had trouble putting together our order. It was a complete waste of our evening and I was extremely disappointed overall.

My wife and I went to the restaurant and it was busy. When we ordered, they informed us that they were out of steak and cheese. Despite being disappointed, we decided to order the chicken balls, which were not satisfactory. When we got back to our hotel and opened the food, we realized we had been given someone else's order. It was very frustrating.

This restaurant tends to be on the slower side. They could be a bit more efficient, perhaps by having just one person working the line at times. The food is generally good, but the only time I was disappointed was when they ran out of something I wanted.
