Placed an order online for takeout, because I was in a hurry. Stupid me for not checking my food, due to being in a hurry. Ordered a burrito for my daughter, and tacos for myself. My daughter ate while we drove to her doctor appt across town, which when we got here, is when I realized they gave us two burritos and no tacos. Probably wouldn't be a big deal, except for the fact that A. I'm allergic to ingredients on the burrito so I can't eat it and B. No time to go back to allow them to fix their mistake, because my daughter is currently living in a treatment facility and has to be back by a certain time, and it takes two hours to get there. So A. My second visit to Chipotle was disappointing compared to my first experience. When I picked up my order, I found that a salsa lid had been left open, causing a mess in my car. My daughter's bowl had very little rice, steak, and cheese, despite the $8 price tag. The food was cold and had to be reheated on the stove, unlike our previous visit. When my wife spoke to the manager, Catherine, about our experience, she was argumentative and only offered free sodas or chips and guacamole, which we couldn't enjoy due to allergies and preferences. Overall, we were not satisfied and will not be returning to this location.
Don't order delivery here every time they shrink the portions, I order double everything and what they deliver is the same size bowl. This time I'm writing a review because they literally put no rice in my meal. Rice is literally so cheap, why would they skimp me on rice as well as my double meat orders. Unbelievable, if your reading this go to one of the other Mexican restaurants.
I arrived at 9:25 (closing at 10) and it seemed like the employees were annoyed by the presence of customers. Many ingredients were already put away and one worker had to check the meat's temperature to ensure it was safe to eat. The service at this restaurant was excellent - all the staff were friendly and maintained proper social distancing. It was quick and efficient. The only negative aspect was when one employee failed to add extra guacamole to the order of the customers in front of me, claiming it was too late to do so. I believe this was an excuse to avoid adding the guacamole.
Tasty food and the amazing military discount keeps us coming back as return customers! However, I want to understand why online orders take priority over 5 customers standing in the lobby waiting to order their food. There were at least 4 young employees in the kitchen and none displayed urgency to serve dining in customers.
