I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant! I arrived around 2 PM and ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl to go. When I asked for chicken, I noticed there was none available, so the staff member went to the back to get some. I saw they were grilling fresh chicken, but instead, she gave me old chicken that had been out of sight. I expressed that I didn’t want that chicken because it wasn’t fresh. As a pregnant woman in my ninth month, I am very cautious about what I eat. The employee simply looked at me, threw the plate in the trash, and served the next customer, denying me food and service without any regard for my request. This Chipotle location is one of the worst in America, and that’s saying a lot. Not only the employees, but also the management at this location are unprofessional teens that put their own comfort before that of the customers and dashers. They are rude, inexperienced, and their service skills greatly lack the basics. They perform shady practices in both their system management and food preparation simply due to sheer laziness. If you guys want a much better quality experience, just go to the other Chipotle location nearby instead at 1203 Ogden Ave. Those guys truly deserve a recommendation, and it’s sadly a stark contrast from this joke of a branch.
I walked in and was greeted right away. However, when I asked a question, the employee rolled his eyes at me. The dining area was in poor condition; most tables were covered in food, and the floors were dirty. I noticed a few young men hanging out at the cashier without helping to clean the dining area. Plus, a young woman with purple hair had garbage cans placed right next to the food. It would be great if the staff could have better awareness and common sense about cleanliness.
This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I've ever visited. The portion sizes were extremely small, the staff was rude, and the restaurant itself was unclean. I would prefer to seek out another Mexican restaurant rather than eat here again. I've never encountered such tiny portions before.

I was there when the chipotle was first put in, and since then the downfall has been dramatic! Quality sucks, service sucks, and atmosphere hundred percent sucks.
Always a commentating making the best customer service that they can always fresh chips at this location the carne asada is good with lime!!
The floor had a waxy dirt on it seems noone mops and the the trash bins were overflowing with trash.
Everything was good, everyone was friendly. The food was a little cold but it's was still amazing.
