I ordered a Lifestyle Bowl (wholesome bowl with carnitas) online and went to pick it up. When I asked if they included the salad dressing, they said no because they were out. Then I requested a side of corn salsa, but they didn’t have that either. It was only 9pm and they close at 11pm. The staff didn’t seem bothered that they were running low on sides with two hours left and were still accepting online orders without updating the app to notify customers about unavailable ingredients. On top of being out of key items, the staff were rude.
