Update: Food has become just okay. When I open the top to the container of food it’s all just haphazardly thrown in there. I now do mobile ordering to avoid lines and the lunch rush. I’ve had the pleasure of having to deal with the same rude young girl at the register. Oh yeah, now you have to tell them your name in order to get your food because I guess people are taking food that’s not theirs from the to-go shelves? Anyway, every time I come here I get the same attitude-filled woman who asks my name and then turns to get my order, seals the bag, and throws it at me across the counter lol. Two minutes later, I went back to the counter with my fiancé's bowl. I politely explained that there wasn't enough rice, and since I paid $9, I would like more. The woman I didn’t directly speak to rolled her eyes, while the other woman told me she could give me a side of rice (as shown in picture 2). I explained that I had half brown and half white rice, so I would like some brown rice as well. The woman I spoke to shrugged it off, claiming she didn’t see a problem with my fiancé's bowl and tried to explain that “double rice costs more.” However, I reminded her that both of our bowls were $9.10, and I was only asking for the rice I had paid for. I had a disappointing experience with my order. First, I requested a veggie dish with extra sweetness and it came out without any sweetness at all. Second, I ordered a double steak but ended up with no steak. Lastly, I asked for a half-hook, half-steak dish, and there was no steak in it at all. It seems like they really need to double-check orders before handing them over.

Really impressed with how delicious the food is here! I didn't know what to expect, my first time here. I ordered the salad with steak, pepper/onion, hot sauce, fresh salsa, and sour cream. Absolutely delicious, better than expected! Will definitely be going here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Consistent, outstanding customer service, so good that I will forgive the person who half scooped my barbacoa because the piece was so big. If the piece is too big, just let it be, no need to go out of your way to underscoop.

I am surprised that they don't have more health issues. The uniforms that the help wear it looks as though they have been wearing them for days and they don't do much of a job keeping the place clean has a lot to be desired.

this chipotle always brings me in and out in a few minutes. the workers are friendly and fast. I would not order online, however, because they usually skip food adaptations.

I always feel rushed to make my decision, even when the restaurant isn't busy. I would appreciate a more organized and clean service area.
