Chipotle Mexican Grill

I frequent this Chipotle location quite often. While some employees could improve their attitudes, there is one standout staff member who always brightens my experience. Roxy consistently demonstrates a fantastic attitude and is incredibly friendly. She never hesitates to accommodate my requests, whether it's placing my salsa or sour cream on the side. Roxy truly deserves to be named Employee of the Year; she enhances the overall experience when I pick up my order. If all employees treated customers like Roxy does, this Chipotle would have an extraordinary team. I believe Roxy would make an exceptional trainer, helping others learn how to provide amazing service.

The food was excellent! However, the current staff could improve on being a bit friendlier and more focused on customer service. I really appreciated the healthier drink options they now offer, including turmeric and cardamom. That said, the orange drink still has an unnatural orange color, so I hope it doesn't contain any dyes.

The Carnitas Burrito bowl is excellent. Meat is delicious, moist and not fat. Some of the other meats are dry. I like the cauliflower, which is well seasoned. Add black bean and corn and you have a healthy, delicious lunch. I have ordered this item several times and every time is excellent.

The service was a bit slow due to a few large orders, possibly from Uber Eats. However, the young staff worked as quickly as they could while still assisting customers in line. They remained calm and collected, clearly functioning as a team. They did an excellent job! Two thumbs up!
