Chipotle Mexican Grill

this is easily the worst chipotle I have ever visited or ordered. I ordered 4 times from here (3 online order orders and 1 dine in) and there were different problems each time. as soon as we got the wrong order. once again they were from herbal fajitas, because the wobbles and paprika went badly. another time we could not get burrito dishes because they were actually from the shaped paper dishes! Apparently it didn't come to them to try to get some bowls from another. never go into this load! go a bit further and go to the next chipotle. you're not gonna be sorry.

My husband picked up food from Chipotle, which is only five minutes from our home, and once again, the barbacoa was incredibly dry—it actually resembled beef jerky. I couldn't finish my meal. I even made a YouTube video about it, and most of the comments thought it looked like beef jerky too. I've reached out to management and sent them pictures, but nothing has changed. It ended up being a waste of money since I couldn't eat my food. Now I'll have to drive quite a distance to the East Bidwell location. It's really disappointing.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Joy for preparing two lunches for me today. She faced a lot of challenges managing the front counter on her own, especially when she kept running out of items. When she asked for more of a particular item, the guy in the back (you know who you are) responded with, "I'm working..." in a tone that clearly implied, "Not my problem." While Joy was kind and helpful, the rude and inconsiderate behavior from the guy in the back was quite disappointing.

I NEVER do this, but this location is so messed up! WTH, if I was the owner of this store I would want to know. First I go to Chipotle once a week and here is what happens at this location; out of Diet coke or some other item. No change. Charge card only. On line oders only (today). Just about every note is hanging on the door for the daily ailment. Oh, anyone in retail? You might want to start taking care of the people who freaking take the time to come to your location. Ahhhh! I’m not joking when I say this was a really unpleasant experience. The manager, or someone, was burping loudly and laughing in the kitchen right in front of customers, which was really off-putting. Additionally, I saw a girl climb onto a table where they prepare tortillas and put her dirty crocs on the same surface. Honestly, someone needs to step in and shut this place down.

I got a DoorDash order delivered that was missing most ingredients. Drove here to have it replaced. The on duty Manager (young lady) was rude and refused to make my order correct. Said I had to purchase a whole new meal. DoorDash split the difference withme and it wasn?t even their fault. The chipotle on sunrise has been much better.

fairly good eating however long weight and they made ordering to go online while waiting for customers in the load. that should be a separate station. they must have been running out of the Taco tablet, so we have a great chaos in tinfoil

I ordered the delivery of the fair egg location hazel and madison. I have half a burrito. doordash ordered for me again. tiny burrito again and made too sharp to eat. what is going on? burritos usually doubling this size

honestly, who does not like chipotle. great eating, good service. the situation was very busy this day to a private school event in the environment. the personal worked hard and the line moved quickly.
