This used to be my favorite location. Not sure if it’s under new management or sue to bad hiring plus bad shift lead promotion but what the hell!!! Honestly what’s going on here! They close early all the time even when it’s not ten. They won’t take any online orders and they don’t even hide the laziness. We will walk about around 9 with doors locked and they are just sitting around on their phones. The workers have bad attitudes all the time. Never any smiles or anything. They always run out of food as well and never make any more even when it’s still a few hours before closing. I never post about about businesses I never read the reviews as i don't take them seriously. I only hope the manager reads this. This chipotle has screwed up my online orders 7/10 times at least. They close at 930 consistently when it says 10pm on door and online. I order online and get double protein and its always one scoop. Today I went in with double protein reward to scan in person to make sure i got two scoops and was told it won't go through you can only redeem online. Never been an issue at other locations. Chipotle is great I love it and will be a customer but this location is not up to standard at all.
This store has gone down hill so bad its not funny the food has become terrible they are not friendly any more and don't listen to you when you order. They also don't give any change if you pay with cash and I think that is illegal. Last night they would not sell chips to a walk in customer the answer I got was they were keeping them for online orders that seems stupid to me sell the product to who wants to pay for it. They had 40 bags of chips on counters???? The manager of this store need to get control and RUN IT.

I NEVER do this, but this location is so messed up! WTH, if I was the owner of this store I would want to know. First I go to Chipotle once a week and here is what happens at this location; out of Diet coke or some other item. No change. Charge card only. On line oders only (today). Just about every note is hanging on the door for the daily ailment. Oh, anyone in retail? You might want to start taking care of the people who freaking take the time to come to your location. Ahhhh!
I had a pleasant and straightforward experience during my visit today. The lobby and dining area received a score of 9 out of 10; it looked fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere. Overall, everything was great, and the cost for the meal was just $16 for one drink, chips with guacamole, and a delicious burrito with double steak. It was an excellent lunch! Thank you.
Honestly, who doesn't like Chipotle. Great food, good service. The location was very busy this day to a private school event in the area. The staff worked hard and the line moved quickly.
All I have to say is that a smile and some kindness can go a long way. When I can tell you are annoyed that you have to make me a burrito, it doesn't motivate me to come back.

The staff here is always friendly and attentive to customers. I'm so grateful that this Chipotle stands out from the rest; it's my favorite!
I was tempted to give it 4 stars because of the inexperienced servers. However, I’m really happy that there's now a Chipotle nearby!
