"Never going back to Chipotle ever again. I ordered a veggie bowl (no meat at all) and ended up having diarrhea 7 times in a row since food poisoned. Food clearly not properly sanitized or handled. Will never be returning again."

this is the favorite chipotle of our family — and we are ready to travel the others to come here! the ingredients always taste fresh and the proteins are perfectly seasoned. we've all been oversalty chipotle huh? you won't find it at this place. the staff is also very friendly and courteous and the manager has made the time to answer the questions I had about the food restrictions of our child - it is the absolute best! I just finished the best tasting burrito dish, and I had to hop online to say this chipotle how great they are. At the same time we have placed a catering order of about 10:45. when we arrived there, the whole food was perfectly prepared and packed for us. great job, chipotle!
I'll get the chances out of here. after 5 bad experiences in a row at the Park Bridge site, I tried them out. 8 orders in order I had excellent service and great meals. my online order is actually done on time. the extra meat is actually extra. my order is correct, no missing parts. this is not the next chipotle to my house, but I am ready to travel on it. very satisfied with this location and will continue.
If i could give this chipotle a zero I would. Not ONE of the five servers where nice whatsoever. Each had an attitude of their own, no eye contact and no respect. They also pour the food like it's coming out of their paychecks, so when you ask for more don't expect any. Would definitely not recommend this location for the sole propose of the poor costumer service.
So bad order online and went home and didn't put my chips and i went back to claim it and they where like no. They ripped me off on my money will never come to this location ever again. Bad management and if your missing something just know they wont give it to you. Spend your money on another location.
