Frequently, the doors are locked, keeping customers out, likely to avoid cleaning duties. Most of the time, they push you to order online, but I've lost faith in their service. If I can’t place my order in person, I simply walk away rather than waste my time waiting for mediocre meals or dealing with incorrect orders. I once ordered for immediate pickup while waiting outside, and it ended up taking 45 minutes. On other occasions, I tried to order online only to find out I had to reorder in person. Honestly, I can’t determine when it’s better to order in person versus through the app. When they say you can order for 1 PM and pick up at 2 PM, chances are your order won’t be ready until 2:15 or...

I've held back from writing a negative review for this place countless times over the last two years because I understand that the staffing situation is tough. But tonight, they had staff on hand. The dining room was closed. They simply don’t care. And this isn’t an isolated incident; it happens all the time. Just take a look at the other reviews. One of the most disappointing moments was when I walked in and overheard employees on the line making fun of the customers waiting for their orders outside, as if I weren’t also a customer who could hear their remarks. There are a few employees here who are consistently kind and do their best, and I feel bad for including them in this critique.

This place has just gone completely downhill. Used to have employees that worked well. Know they worth at a sloths pace. Waited in line over 35 minutes. Lady at register just standing there instead of helping the guy on the line. Other chipolte locationshave the register person finish the toppings while the other person gets people started. Instead the lady at register seespeople getting restless and does nothing but stand and wait. Must be nice. When I finally was able to order, i was extremelypolite and respectful but the employees made me feel like a burden. I said I wouldn't come back because the quality herecompared to others but now the employees don't even make up for it.

I visited the Kirkwood location to place an order and was promptly informed that they only accept online orders. While some customers chose to leave, I decided to use my rewards to get a complimentary duck. I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because the staff was exceptional, handling orders with remarkable efficiency. Each team member had a specific role, and everything worked together perfectly. I'd like to share my experience at the restaurant, though I won’t go into too much detail since there are already several negative reviews. I do want to mention that my bowl was only half full, even though I selected almost every available option. I'm wondering if this is the typical standard or if it was just a one-time issue. If this is how they usually serve, unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Chipotle. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

On a Saturday at 3:15 PM, I found the restaurant closed, despite it being a busy time. There’s no drive-thru, and the dining area is meant for in-person dining, but they were only taking online orders. I believe it’s time for Chipotle to reevaluate the viability of this location.

Always very friendly staff there and get in and out with barely no problems depending on how busy it is. Only one thing do not like you cannot order extra tortillas on the app. Most of the time it varies between chipotle stores. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've witnessed so many issues, and tonight was the breaking point for me. No other Chipotle in the St. Louis area is as unreliable as this one, and I believe they all deserve my business far more than this location does.
