Chocolat - Reserva de mesa

Had a bad experience two weeks ago and was given a voucher for a free chocolate brownie. Returned yesterday to redeem said voucher. I was told by a rather stroppy girl no brownies . Me: can i have a different cake then please? . Her: No you can 't, its not my fault the delivery didn 't arrive. Why did you get the vouchers in the first place? . Me: can I see the manager? . Her: no he is on holiday (same excuse as two weeks ago). As a customer paying £7 for two hot chocolates I expect rather more service and less attitude. I hate to say it but we won 't be returning unless we get an apology, although I doubt the manager will see this as he is on his never ending holiday.

I wanted to try the 100% chocolate drink before buying the Velvetiser. The staff took us to see the collection boxes available but we had more information from another customer! When my wife asked if we could have the chocolate drink from this magic machine the staff said, too busy ; I will do one for you if I get the time? The card machine was broken down, cant be helped but cash only on this day We enjoyed a hot chocolate but not really experience what we were hoping for May be next time Cant ask father Christmas to get me a Velvitiser this year It might be helpful to have someone demonstrating this machine?

Ditto the last comment. I can certainly say that the staff in here would never be able to get a job in Costa, Starbucks, Pret or Nero. The service was soooooo slow and unprofessional. Staff talking about hair do’s It makes me wonder if this is another example of racism towards me because subsequent customers were served quickly and with a smile!!!

don't expect a warm welcome,a smile or even eye contact....spend £49.50 and not a thank you or have a nice day,we were the only two customers in the shop at this time so not busy or any excuse for the rudeness and this is not the first experience of this attitude Reserva una mesa ahora

Stopped by for a treat today and what a treat it was! Lovely mint hot chocolate I'd definitely recommend the cream on top as this made it extra special. The staff were lovely, helpful and service was quick. I'll definitely be going back!

Me and boyfriend stopped by for some shopping and thought we'd stop for a hot choc. We had the vanilla bean and 50% milk chocolates. So nice really warming and filling. Need to come back to try other flavours!!

I had an iced drink and a slice of Victoria sponge. Very nice and had an unexpected 20% off due to signing up for the rewards card! Lovely restaurant area which seems to be popular, and friendly staff.

Always love the drinks at Hotel Chocolat love the iced hot chocolate with the chocolate cream which is top notch. Had an accident with a drink and they were so lovely and helpful Reserva una mesa ahora

Had one of the shakes which are ice cream and flavours. I had the salted caramel with chocolate swirl on top. It was £3.50 and not really worth it as it was too much chocolate

Amazing choices. Value for money. Fantastic choice. Staff are very friendly, informed. Helpful. All tastes catered for. Will definitely be back. Then you.
