I went to this place to give my wife a treat thinking it was a decent chocolate/ ice cream place but I was shocked at the complete lack of decency. After placing our orders We noticed how disorganized the servers were bunch of scattered heads), they mixed up peoples? orders and gave me an order I didn?t place and had to change it and my wife?s order was also mixed up? another very shocking and disappointing thing was that in the midst of Covid these scattered head servers weren?t even wearing gloves and were touching the cheap dollar shop cones with their bare hands while talking in the ice cream they were serving?.. lastly the ice cream was cheap we had to throw about 90% of it out. Great ice cream with chocolate dip, friendly staff, clean restaurant. Fantastic ice cream dipped in chocolate chain. Choose from vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream base, 4 sizes (moyen, petit, enfant), and classic (dipped) or eclectic (dipped with topping). Staff was very friendly and made ordering process easy. Tastes amazing and very satisfying, a must when in Quebec. The chocolate is excellent quality and never disappoints. Have been to this chain in Montreal, Trois-Rivières and now Quebec. Each time is better than the last!

Visited this location October 2022: Never been here before, due to visiting from the states(U.S). The staff were communicative and very friendly, especially when mentioning this was the first visit here. Purchased a dipped ice cream cone. This chocolate dipped ice cream cone was probably the best I've ever had folks. Also purchased some sample chocolate bars and a fondue container. If only they'd ship internationally (to the U.S), I'd ship gifts to others to try, and to enjoy at home.

Spectacular dipped soft serve cones, it was easily worth the wait as it seems locals who eat food nearby like to come here and get a wonderful dessert too! It is cool to watch them go thru the process of making, I'd recommend sharing if you get bigger than the smallest cone as it is pretty sweet. Vegan ice cream option is nice

One of my friend wants to try anything other than ice cream so we have ordered Brownie bowl desert. It was having flavours of vanilla ice cream,brownie chips and chocolate. It was delicious in taste and sufficient for 2 persons.

Interior was beautiful, and the dessert options are interesting and fun. Love this place; never seen anything like it before. The ice cream/soft serve was not the best tasting but the chocolate was delicious.

QC is known for chocolaterie and what better than every chocolate dessert that's offered by this outlet to fulfill the craving! Tried the brownie bowl and it is dulled with deliciousness ????

A must anytime we are in Québec City. It's ruined Belgian dip ice cream for me anywhere else. So. Damn. Good.
