Chop Steakhouse & Bar

I made a BIRTHDAY reservation and we were seated at a table shoved in a corner under a tv. Quickly a table of women showed up and we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. The service was horrible and I don’t even know which person was our server as we weren’t properly attended to or checked on. No condiments were brought or offered, had to request steak sauce at a steakhouse. Some of the food (scallops, rice pilaf) was extremely salty but otherwise tasted great. The medium rare steak was basically charred/seared on the outside and rare inside. And not once was it acknowledged we were celebrating a birthday so I’m not sure why the booking system asks if it’s a special I occasion. Don’t think I’ll choose Chop Steakhouse again

Our server, Khloe, was amazing! We didn’t feel like we were being rushed out and she actually wanted to carry on a conversation with us and not get us out of her section

Great servers, delicious food but was not impressed that the sign on the door says they will provide masks but when we asked for one we were sent to dollarama instead
