Chops Lobster - Reservar una mesa

We had dinner at Chops last weekend. Chops is one of our favorite restaurants in the area however, the previous experience felt rushed and the food was not up to their usual standard. We were optimistic about returning and Chops came out swinging! The quality and state of the food was incredible! The octopus was the most tender that we've ever enjoyed. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. (Something that is rare in this area. And lastly, our server Gary was such a delight. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Gary was always smiling and very personable without feeling like he was trying too hard. Hands down the best service experience we're ever had at Chops in the 9 years...

The server was very good but the food was mediocre. My steak was chewy so I sent it back. I then ordered a bone in fillet. I ordered it medium rare and it was raw! Everyone was done eating and I didn't want to send it back again. For dessert I had the banana cream pie. It tasted like it came from a supermarket. My friend had the crème brûlée which was very good. We will not be going back to this restaurant.

Our first visit. Some menu items were great like the tuna tartar and the Parmesan truffle fries. Even after sending steak back neither were cooked even close to requested temperature. Lobster tails were slimy and didn't seem to be cooked through. Sat down on broken chair notified staff nobody seemed to care they just took it away. Could have been quite embarrassing.

The Stuffed Lobster was Delicious My wife had the Holland Dover Sole Cooked perfect. Banana cream pie ? ? ? ? ? The service was great. Thank you, Brandon Thank you for abeautifull evening. Ronald Pizzella
