An excellent Chinese restaurant. Situated in Kingston (a large suburb 10 minutes drive from Hobart). We often have a banquet meal which provides for everyone's individual tastes. This restaurant uses the freshest ingredients, cooked in the authentic Chinese way and the meals are priced accordingly. We are an Australian family of four and enjoy the family friendly environment, delicious food and wonderful staff. A good idea to book a table. Thankyou.
Food great, but service bad. Bowls & cutlery to be used were already on tables that little flies sat on. Soup & entree came out together, so entree cold by the time we ate it. Left over main course placed in containers in a plastic bag & put on the table while having green tea, then the account came out left on the table & the waitress hadn't asked if we would like dessert. A course in hospitality waitress training would help here.
I wouldn't rave about it but it was okay. We did takeaway. Service on phone and in person was excellent. I expect it would. E the same if you dined in. Food was alright but nothing special. Chicken and sweet corn soup was very good though. For the location it is probably about the standard you expect, no worse but no better. Probably a consistent quality meal for locals
We had take away from here, the service on the phone and when we picked up was very good - polite and friendly. Prices were what we expected - if anything on the slightly higher side. All the meals were tasty and there was plenty in each dish. Reserva una mesa ahora
We have attended this Restaurant on numerous occasions. We have never had a bad meal & the choices varied. We love the Mongolian beef & chicken & cashew nuts as well as the spring rolls. The staff are always very nice.
The food is always fresh and prompt with a good menu to choose from. My favourite is Peking Duck with plum sauce. I love the fact they come out with a warm washer before the meal. Refreshing.
Been here few times for family and friends gathering. All dishes served nicely and suited to everyone's taste (which is not overly salty or sweet). I'll definitely come back again.
