Chopsticks Restaurant

This restaurant is an honest, good value venue with friendly service. That said, you get what you pay for. The menu options are as expected and the restaurant is BYO. The layout is traditional in terms of lots of Chinese wall hangings and the tables range from doubles to groups. The downsides we experienced were having to sit at a table for two which along with the other table for two are located in the public take away area. With a little thought and moving the wall screens, this could be fixed. We also had to send back our two wine glasses for cleaner ones as well as ask for serviettes.

My wife and I are locals so know this restaurant well. After an extended time not dining there, we gave it another chance to see if things had improved. The good: The meals are filling. The price is cheap and the corkage is non existent for BYO because they forgot to charge. The bad: The service is erratic and confused, and on the verge of chaotic. Attention to customers is clearly a secondary concern. The atmosphere is cheap and plastic. Overall, NOT recommended.

Small restaurant, good selection of Australian Chinese. Restaurant was busy, so meals were a bit slow. Prices are reasonable. We had Buck Bow Farn($25)an unusual meal with Aussie chow mein encapsulated in fried rice, drizzled with oyster sauce, but very good, and would order again.

I've been eating for years with coupling pencils, really a great place to get a decent feed! Great portion sizes and good Chinese food!
