Chopt Creative Salad Co.

Have been to other Chopt locations many times, but today visited this one for the first time. I was surprised to find that, unlike every other Chopt I have visited, you do not place your order with the person making your salad. You can barely even see the kitchen, actually. The store is set up for you to order on a touchscreen if you did not already order ahead. It does look like they can accommodate ordering with a cashier but only by request.This means that you can 't see how much dressing they are adding you just have to pick light/medium/heavy from the app or the kiosks. I have unfortunately found Chopt to be too inconsistent with this when I order in the app, so I make it a point to order in person. I will not come back to this location.

We love Chopt salad, ordered on the app for pickup. My husband went and they were short one of the bowls… he told the employees he thought we were missing one. Two employees “checked” and said that the order was correct. We had to return the store to show them the receipt and then they gave us the missing bowl, without even an apology. Will not visit this location again.

I ate here a couple of times so far and greatly enjoyed the salads I received. The service is quick and efficient and had no issues getting the food. The atmosphere is actually nice, however the issue is that the location just seemed a little small with the sheer volume of people that were wanting to eat here. Overall a very successful salad location in my opinion.

I must say, I absolutely love this new concept. Even though I can't see the food being made anymore, it still doesn't change the quality of my food. Good job to the Rosslyn team- great service, clean restaurant, fast service, and great food all in one

Prime example of technology gone too far, employees eating chips in the back pointing me to a screen to order… it’s my first time I just wanna know what’s good? The computer isn’t going to tell me anything :
