The customer service at this restaurant is currently very disappointing. This isn't just a one-time occurrence; the service consistently misses the mark. I came tonight to my salad after the gym like I usually do and it was a bit busy, but I saw all the staff working trying to get the orders out of the door, but one of them (which with red hair I think they're a manager or something) was somehow standing in the middle of all on their phone and only slowly moving. The people who help me were still able to be polite and take over my order. Thank you to the rest of the staff, but I wish they received the help they needed, I personally wouldn't do a worker, especially since I was there with a friend for over an hour and continued not to do them, but stared at their phone SMHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
The employee on duty was very rude and behaved as if he owned the place. Visited on 6/19/23 at 8 PM. He showed no consideration for customers or respect for his position. It seems I’m not the only one who’s had this experience with him. He treated customers poorly, yelling and acting unprofessionally. The salad was below average, with noticeably smaller portions than before and unbalanced ingredients. Additionally, the dining area was closed an entire hour before closing time. While closing it 5-10 minutes early is understandable, an hour in advance is unreasonable.
Don’t go at night because all the staff wants to do is rush. The young guy making my salad was rude and sarcastic(6/5/23)Missed items and drenched it in so much dressing, could barely taste the salad.Before leaving he was giving a door dash driver an attitude as well, when the poor guy was just doing his job. Disgusting how the food industry became and the audacity they have while making/serving food. This young man should not be working in this industry. Absolutely disgusting! Ordered 2 salads to go. Arrived home and let It sit out for 30 minutes completely UNOPENED, before finding at least 15 flies that emerged and crawling inside the salad! Never again am I ordering from here again! Please cover your fresh produce and keep the place clean! Absolutely inappropriate especially for a place that sales salads and fresh produce!
The whole idea of a delicious salad shop when you’re looking for a quick meal is a great healthy option. I tried the Mediterranean cauliflower rice bowls . They were generous with the toppings , which were all fresh and flavorful. They added pita chips on top for some texture . Would try again. Clean and friendly service .
I ordered pick up from this place three times. The first time was the best, but there was something wrong for the second and third times… my orders were missing something. Both were missing at least two ingredients. I kind of hesitate to go back again.Food: 4/5
Very efficient service and nice verity of salads. I had Mediterranean Tahini salad and it was pretty fresh. They prep everything either custom made or by the menu. Not bad!

I asked for the chicken to be chopped finely, but after just a few seconds, there were still large chunks remaining. The Roslyn location is much better. Service: 1/5.
