I am quite disappointed as this has been the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. If I could mark zero stars, I would. The young man who took my order literally threw the ingredients in the bowl haphazardly and slammedthe bowl on the counter, as if he was angry at the salad bowl for some reason. He just blankly stared as I read off the menu,not even a greeting. This was the most disrespectful attitude for no reason at all. My order was simple and straightforward. Great salads overall but it seems like as time goes on portions get smaller and smaller, I've been to this spot at least 25x, if you get their app you get a free salad after the x amount spent which adds up quickly. Now I will say there is a Hispanic manager with long hair and squeaky voice that is very rude everytime I come, I despise getting that guy bc I know he will skim the portions and attitude sassyness is always guaranteed, last time he overcharged me, I got w customer service and they were able to help out. Again, I am giving this a rating bc food is always good.
New Update 10/9/18: They've returned the clear salad bowls to the regular size, so I'll return my rating to the original state. Update 1/3/18: They shrunk the bowls by 60% and kept the price the same. Today's my last visit until they return to the original bowl size. Original Post: I had the Mexican Cesar Salad and replaced the tortillas with croutons. Added a mixture of the balsamic vinegar sauce with the hot n honey sauce. Very yummy! The only criticism I have is that I wish the meat-to-salad ratio was a little better.
While usually their salads are good, if I?m paying nearly 15$ for a salad then I want it done right. I don?t think I?ve had an order from here that hasn?t had something missing from it. Also the quantity of any additional ingredients you specify can beminuscule. I could barely see any feta cheese in my recent order, and my request for extra cherry tomatoes gave me 2 cherry tomscut into quarters. So overall, expensive for what you get. Stop being so mean with the add-on portions!

This was my first visit to this location and to Chopt Salad, and I was pleasantly surprised. The setting is lovely, although I was disappointed that we couldn't sit outside due to the limited number of tables. However, the interior was clean and quiet. I ordered a vegetarian salad that was packed with flavor. The concept is unique and I genuinely enjoyed my meal. I found the prices to be a bit high, but fortunately, my friend covered the bill. I'm definitely eager to return!
I had unfortunately came to the wrong location picking up an order, and was dismayed when I realized at the last part of my break would be spent driving 12 minutes towards the next location. That was when a team member there, Leslie was so graciousenough as to prepare my food here. I was really taken care of especially when I was short for time. This really made me happyknowing that people are willing to go the extra mile sometimes for their customers.
Average salads and pricey. They forget my dressing on the side every time I order online. The panko breaded chicken is completely flavorless; I wish they offered salt and pepper as an option when ordering. I prefer Sweetgreen salads $1-2 cheaperand way more flavor) but Chopt is close to work so I probably order it once a month. If they offered black pepper and rememberedmy dressing OTS, I'd be here weekly.
the salads were okay but the dasher was unprofessional one of my salad bowls was leaned over with the lid half way open and chopt never seems to put heavy dressing on the salads i always have to buy the seperate sauce for it

All the employees are so friendly and helpful. I love that you can pick a salad on the menu and then make substitutions. All the salads I have tried have been delicious and fresh!
Really clean store.friendly staff.freshly mixed salad so you don 't have to stir your salad like a cereal bowl
