Me and a group of friends had gone out in Cambridge for the night. It was past midnight and we decided to go and get a burger. However, the prices on the board had been taped up and the employees were asking double the amount for each burger, explaining that they had changed the prices. Bare in mind, this was a weekend night, and the majority of people entering were heavily intoxicated so were paying the prices. We however, were all sober and the employee would not talk to us explaining that the prices he was telling us were the original prices which was not the case. In conclusion, it looks like this business prays on the intoxicated to pay extortionate prices, which is very disappointing....
Ok, so I was starvin' Marvin', just took a punt, as I was in Cambridge, no pun intended) on a company I'd not used before. Ordered off website direct, cheaper I believe) . Really great pattie, everything about the whole thing g was really tasty. Just could have had a bit more rosemary on the chips that's all. If possible would have given 4.75 out if 5. I would love to see a company do fresh chopped chilli and fresh herbs chips. Maybe as a premium extra, but when I've had them elsewhere they were amazing.
Ordered a Deliveroo it was alright. I ordered a cheese burger, the box it arrives in is deceivingly large, once opened the burger was a normal sized brioche bun with a burger which is disappointing considering the price. It was decent, but nothing special, no fries on the side either. Ordered a burger sauce as well which was not tasty and a waste of money. I don’t think it was the best value for delivery but I still enjoyed it. Delivery was quick and service good which is why I’ve rated a 4
I enjoyed a delicious vegetarian patty with select toppings in a high-quality, fresh bun at this restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient, despite the staff being very busy. They were happy, smiling, and polite, and the premises were clean and nicely presented. The menu was easy to read, making it simple to choose my meal. The staff also pointed out meal deals, ensuring I got the best value option.

We had Chosen Bun delivered recently and I felt it was a bit of a rip off. They clearly put no effort into it and even forgot one of the toppings. The photos they post are very misleading Look at the attached photo to see what a £10 burger from this place actually looks like. If I'd have paid £5 for this I'd have been pretty happy, but this is a complete rip off. Won't be getting anything from here again.
We may have just been fortunate with the reviews, but we had an incredibly delicious burger and fries at Chosen Bun. The Chilli Winston burger was cooked perfectly pink in the middle and tasted fantastic, while the fries were thick, cooked just right, and well seasoned. We were only in town for a concert, but we will definitely be returning for more! Congratulations to the chefs on a job well done!
I ordered using the deliveroo app and the order arrived incorrect. Chosen burger and Deliveroo both refused to accept responsibility. The burger had items I asked to be removed. The chips were stone cold not even lukewarm. The chicken pieces were so overcooked they curled. The only edible thing was the milkshake. Beyond disappointed.
Multiple items were missing from the order. We called the store and were told by Lee that there was nothing at all he could do he could neither provide the items, nor a refund. He appeared to find this very amusing and then asked what we would like him to do. Either our money or our food would have sufficed...

We ordered this via deliveroo and what a great choice!! Amazing tasty burgers, chips chunky and soft! We had sides too Mac n cheese bites and chosen strips all very good! Came quickly and arrived hot!! We ordered a milkshake as a dessert treat and we got a tub of their brownie bits on the house
