Christie's Downtown Pub Grille

I got a marinated steak. The flavor was good, but the question was, You advertise an aged steak? How many days has it been aged? The cut I had was really hard to chew for a med rare. There were times I wanted to spit it out it was taking so long, and my jaw would hurt. The cut had way too much grissel and fat.
