The decor was updated just before the pandemic, and the restaurant has been a staple in the area for the 30 years I've lived here (though I’m not sure if it’s always been under the same ownership). A local of the neighborhood with great food, service and . It's small restaurant that I highly recommend going to for breakfast or lunch or takeout. Plenty of booths or tables to sit at. Always plenty of help on board and never have to wait for refills or the bill. They have limited hours so check Google before coming here. IE: Saturday and Sundays they are only open until 4pm.They have handicap parking and entrance and seating available. Used to work here as a teen it helped me get work experience and it set a standard for a clean and caring work environment I still go here like 2 times a week if not more great service great food clean restaurant too and they have unique food too great place to catch up with friends or to reset yourself for the work week the potato soup is my favorite thingVegetarian options: I am pescatarian and they have no issues wth working with itWheelchair accessibility: There's double doors in the entry way to make it easier to get in no stairs

I only gave it 3 stars because the staff is awesome. Besides that, I've been going here for as long as they've been around. But unfortunately this place has gone soo down hill. The prices have gone up due to inflation (Understandable) but the quality of the food has gone down. Dunno why they would mess up a good thing but the food here is mediocre at best. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I’m not sure what went wrong. The last time I ordered food, it was overcooked and burnt, tasting more like it was a day old. I decided to give it another chance, but today’s experience was even worse! The chicken was incredibly old and dry—so hard that it was practically inedible. My child's burger came on a stale, hard bun. I won't be spending any more money here.

This is a great place to eat and the portion size of food is fantastic for the price. The staff is friendly and they make sure you are not standing around waiting to long for your order of food.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The staff are extremely polite, and the atmosphere feels just like home. I've enjoyed dining in as well as getting takeout, and both experiences were wonderful.
