We used to like Chruz. It used to be a good honest place. But truth be said: it is rustic to the point that the service now is impolite in my view. A waitress put a dirty tray on my space while I was away to the loo. It was a really rough one with dirty dishes full of unfinished meals. When I came back I moved it on the side and she almost wanted to shout at me about it.... But she then noticed that it was wrong... and then took it away. Again as I said it used to be Swiss rustic no none-sense. They now pushed it over and it is plain rustic and rough. I don’t like it anymore. In fact the food is average, the flexibility is none and the service is just below par. I will pass from now on.
I was here to ski. I wanted to refill my water bottle with new water at the toilets. But there was only warm water, so I went up to the restaurant and had to buy some water for 6. ! What's unbelievable is that there's no cold water anywhere, and then you have to buy water or a drink in general for so much money. I don't know if that's intentional or just my experience.
Typically pricey for a mountain restaurant, but good sized portions and very efficient service. Fantastic views from the terrace. Nice change from the more typical canteen style arrangement elsewhere in Flumseberg.
First visit of the season at Flumserberg, we took a short break at the Chruz restaurant. Nice view towards the Churfirsten, good menu card, nice coffee and friendly staff. Prices upto Swiss ski resort level.

Great place to have a drink after skiing the whole day. Enjoy the local Coffee Chrüz or some nice Swiss dishes. On a Friday afternoon we even got live music.
We had lunch here on a sunny day skiing. The food is ok as are the prices. Definitely a place to stop on your way down to Tannenboden
Eternal waiting times when ordering. Otherwise solidly good.
