Chubby Charlie's Pizza

Eating has been hit or miss. Maybe just a bad night or a bad night? All pizzas seemed very light on cheese. We missed 3 items from our order, even if the entrance had control marks next to each item and I asked when I picked up the order that we got all sauces and foods. Sure enough that I came home and lack several items, including a whole range of bread sticks and two sauces that we paid extra. Pretzel Pizza doesn't really taste like much of everything. Nacho cheese lacked or no taste. That was why we wanted to try Chubby Charlie and it was disappointing. Americano Stromboli was great. Very good and would like to order it again. BLT Pizza was good, but not much mayo, bacon or cheese on it,...

I called my order in for a carry out, the guy on the phone was very polite and my pizza was ready in a timely manner. I would never have thought of dill pickles on a pizza but I was very impressed. The first bite seemed extra salty, but then maybe I got used to it because it didn't seem as salty. If you like well done crust you'll have to ask for it, the crust was on the lighter side. I really did like the cheese they use. The cheese was not all stringy but it stayed in place to get cheesy goodness with every bite.

Next Level Pizza! Easily among the best Pizza in Michigan. So far I have had their Deep Dish and (shown here) their Pretzel Crust Pizza. This blows away any of your big chain store Pizza.. much much better ingredients. Look at the Mozzarella! This is easily as good if not better than Buddys. Their Deep Dish crust is like the 1980 's Pizza Hut Butter-Pan Deep dish but with better ingredients. So far has been consistent. Price is not cheap but this can not be be compared to the Big Box chains.

I usually do not write positive reviews for negative experiences, but the manager was very professional (Kevin) I think was his name, my order was delivered after 2 hours and my food was cold like ice cream, but the team worked out their dicks to do things right, he gave me a ferocious discount. The food is usually very good, this time only a little cold. Hopefully this message will find your team well. I will continue to be a customer and appreciate the great customer service.

I gave this to you tonight when I ordered a dinner. It was burned and smelled like that. It wasn't edible that it went into the garbage! I called and spoke to Griffin. Wait for a refund!
