We went to this location for a birthday party, but the experience was terrible. The manager was extremely unhelpful. While we were in line, the cashier skipped us and served the next person in another line. I told her I was next, but she replied, You are not in the middle line. I called the manager, and she asked me, Where did you come from? I responded, Why does that matter? Instead of addressing my concern, she repeated, What can I help you with? Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Overall, it was a horrible experience and the worst birthday party ever.
We were there on 1/1/2025 It was the most horrible experience for me and my girls we paid for an unlimited hour of games and then they told me that to use the trampoline I have to pay extra that they don't tell you when you buy the package. scammers and customer service is the worst I don't recommend this place unless you want to come fight with the staff
Like other chucke cheese locations I've been to I wish there were more stocked hand sanitizing stations. As well as disinfecting game throughout the day. I do feel like some games could get a through cleaning and reset. I do enjoy the value and ease of having these location for my 3 year old to enjoy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
They are scammers for trampoline only they charge me $24 which is non sense. I told them I have point on my Chuck and cheese card but they forced me to pay $24. When I came in the other day I pay only $10 I asked the reason why is $24 now and they say it is weekend. Never my son come back this stupid place.

My child had a horrible time here today. The staff members need to be replaced with “child friendly”’ staff. The woman regulating the trampoline needs to be removed immediately. It’s chucky cheese it’s supposed to be a happy safe place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
