Andrea the person taking our order was rude. She was rushing us and she would ask us a question we would answer her but I don't know if she can't hear us but we would have to repeat our selves constantly it felt that at the end she made the choices for ourorder. For example they have 60 Minutes cards so the kids can play she asked us if we wanted 2 cards with 30 minute we told herwe want just one card with 60 minutes but she ended up giving us two cards with 30 minutes each we also asked for an extra cupeven if we payed for it and we didn't get it. The food was ok the cheese sticks tasted plain the unicorn churos did not tastelike churo it tasted like colorful sugar so we left them all there...
Games were good and the location was very clean. The staff was nice and our niece enjoyed the shows.Only issue I had was the price change. It's been years since I've been, but the pizza was way over priced. Not a fan of using the Dave and Buster style game cards. It forces you to buy more credit than you may want. They games end up being about 50 cents each now.Ticket rewards from games are pretty limited, but I suppose you can just buy your kids the toys now.Still had fun!
I have edited the review, it is not fair to judge based only on a few bad things. The pizza yes it took too long to come out almost 1 hour but the taste was realy good, the stabliment is clean and does not have a funcky smell, the only problem I have is the beer, is a place for kids to have fun and should be a safe enviroment for them, if beer is going to be sold there should be a limit to how much a table can buy because people get drunk.
my daughter there for her 8th day she was super excited she closed at 9 o'clock we wanted to change her card with points for her toys or dinge that she wanted to choose, and she didn't let her bummer she started crying she said she closed already and we had to come the next day she never told us that at the beginning so we stop playing at least 10 minutes before closing time

My children had so much fun coming here, it was quite helpful especially with the CV19 but his still a funny experience that my son said his best day ever! The food was good, no problems.
The workers there have an attitude with literally everyone. You can put money into the machine and if there's a problem they be slamming the doors open to help you get your cash back.smh
Really fun for the kids and parents, they updated from tickets to a watch that scans unfortunately it takes a few attempts to scan others than its perfect, pizza is always delicious.
Best place for the family my daughter loves Chuck E. Cheese and their pizza stuffed crust better than anything out there

I got 2 play cards w 1 hour each 1 pizza and 4 sodas for about 95.00. The workers are nice and the food is okay
