Crowded and super ghettoThe manager sent 2 employees to a table before he himself walked over to literally take pizza from a family after the employee had delivered an extra pizza to the table. The family had started eating the pizza when he came. Austin, the manager who literally made them take slices of pizza from the plates to put back on the tray so he could toss in the trash can, threatened that if they didn't they would have to pay for the pizza. It was chuck e cheese mistake. I would have filed a complaint with the corporate office. They were so embaraßsed I felt so bad for them. I spoke up but was told to mind my own business, by him. So I am writing this review .Now I must say that...

Four stars is about as physically many as I can give. For what it is, it is good to great. They are perfect for birthday parties, the pizza is surprisingly decent... and they have beer on tap! What do kids want? They want to play games, they want to fill up on pizza and cake and play more games. This place has it down pat. You have a 2 hour window for your party, then they turn over the tables and move on to the next group. They come out and sing happy birthday, Chuck E. Cheese comes out and takes pictures. Great for kids I'd say 8 and under. I can't belive they still have the old school animatronic Band, I was hoping for nostalgia... but really it is just creepy in 2021. Could use a refresh...

I really enjoy Chuck E Cheese, but this particular location had some issues with their service. When trying to order a beer, I was told the person at the register needed to ask another team member, who was busy with pricing tickets. Even a manager couldn't assist. Despite this, the arcade games were fun and the staff did a great job hosting my birthday party. However, the place seemed understaffed during peak hours, making it difficult to get help with getting a beer quickly.

Although I did not sample the food, I found the salad bar to be unappealing. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restaurant was, considering past reports of it being dirty. The games and rides all functioned properly. Customers pay for unlimited access to all the games and rides by the hour (or even by 30 minutes). While it may be a bit expensive for one hour of unlimited access, it is worth it for the variety of entertainment options available. Reserva una mesa ahora

O good old baby Vegas. I have a 14 year gap between kids so it had been a while since stepping foot in one. The effort to modernize shows not only in a coinless/ticketless experience but surprisingly in their pizza too. The crust received the biggest improvement as I found myself eating my daughter leftover crust shamelessly. The audible volume level was almost ear plug worthy but what else would you expect from a kid-ridden arcade!

I had a great time at this restaurant - the decor is incredible! My only complaint is that I heard they are remodeling soon. I was wondering when the band will be gone, as I would love to visit them one last time before they go.

Wow! The poor customer service at this restaurant is unacceptable. I will not be returning, especially because of the manager Kylie's bad attitude towards children in a family-friendly establishment.

There weren't many children at the restaurant in the morning. We had almost the entire space to ourselves. We took our time and enjoyed some delicious food. I could tell the kids were very happy. Reserva una mesa ahora

I can we make it in Saturday and it was so fun there’s so enjoy hair put the energy in this place there eat pizza I really recommend on this place

Machines semi work, Each game is super short. This is not pre pandemic Chuck E cheese. No one cleans the machines. Staff was nice.
