I was shocked when I walked into this place. Last time I was there which was a while ago it was old, filthy was afraid I was going to catch something and the people who went there were not the most desirable crowd. Now this place is clean, spotless to be exact, staff was friendly and great. Everything was very well maintained as we were there they were doing maintenance on all the games and rides and the food without hesitation we ordered. Highly recommend this place over the West hills location and plus it was not that crowed basically empty when we got there at 11am which made it more enjoyable noise wise to deal with that place.. Highly recommend Reseda location

this place is so empty that he is literally sad, this food E. cheese is so ripped off, they calculate for everyone. single, something. that. the hired have no manage and eating is much too expensive; a 16-dollar pizza is literally served with a paper plate, and it is the a single slice is the size of my pointer finger? oh and that is not all adult adult gave a job to two teenagers who just tried to order themselves food! I will never go to this place again and they should not.

total good experience. I was reluctant to go to this place because it looks a little sketched out from the outside. but we were pleasantly surprised. it is clean, the personal is friendly, and the children had a good time. pizza was delicious and the salatable area clean and welcoming.

Fun and frolic mixed with ozzy cheese pizzas and unlimited fresh salad bar is the way to go for someone who wants to enjoy food when their kids are loving the joy spread by Chukkyyy! A Must visit with family and the games are going to bring out the child in even you!

the female manager in the service last night was amazing. I was there before and their make manager were unprofessional and rude. bravo to improve their management
