I'm not one for Yelp but felt compelled to write a little something because for the first time yesterday I visited a Chuck E. Cheese- the one in SkyView in downtown Flushing. For whatever the reason, I've never been to one before, with my oldest son, who is now almost 20 years old. I'd heard horror stories about how filthy it was, how disgusting the food was, and how overall it was pretty awful. Yesterday my 6 year old and his two besties were off from school and we had nothing planned. We decided to check it out on a whim. Granted it was pretty much empty which made it easy to navigate BUT the customer service is what got me on to Yelp this morning- warm, professional and just really excell...
Sometimes they just don't take the time to properly cook serve the food with integrity Because they're so Busy please serve your chicken wings well cooked and not raw, serve your fries crispy not soggy, and don't take an hour for a simple pizza. please have some respect for your customers we all work very hard to get our money and spend it gracefully at your business. If you just pay attention to what you are serving.....................
This location is clean and has a great variety of games for thw kids. It?s a wider open space and is not bad for those busy days. There are few nice workers here who are willing to help. The food can take a while to come but besides that, the service isn?t bad. This is my child?s personal favorite location to come to in Queens.
I had the worst experience at this Chuck E. Cheese my kids are traumatized by how the employees yelled and harassed us for COVID vaccine proof after we showed them are cards they still would not allow us in.. We were yelled at.. I’m going everywhere. With this information about the worst treatment ever.

This is a great place with good food and fun games for people of all ages. This was my second time visiting, and this time I brought my 10-year-old and 5-year-old sons. It is a family-friendly environment, and we enjoyed it so much that we reserved a table for their birthday party. Give it a try!
Very crowded and restrooms were very dirty!!I liked the fact that alot of new options for kids but no chance for kids to get to it because of crowd. They should have a limit that how many people can get in. On top of all the crowd they even had Birthday parties on the side as well!!!Food: 5/5
It's the perfect location for celebrating children birthday parties. When I visited at that time it was around 4 parties going on. Food is good and it's located inside the mall where you can visit other store too.
The staff was very helpful n friendly. We even remain after the completion of the time to calm the kids n give party bag. The young lady was so nice.

My granddaughter birthday party was simply wonderful, the staff went beyond and beyond for us, their day was very special DEF, will go again
Great place, very comfortable kids had a ball. Clean, must wear masks and show vaccination card.
