Where do I begin? The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is cause the food was good and our hostess tried her best Natalia to make up for what was already a bad start. Our party reservation was at set at 5:30 pm. Didn't get our table until 6 pm. Standing and waiting in a packed house. I get it, their was a pretty big crowd. So we stayed as patient as possible. Then the food not only took a very long time but we didn't even get some items. The soda pepsi looked like water. Had to let them know to replace the syrup or give us another option. This Chuck E Cheese location (Stevenson Ranch) is the best! They have dedicated Sensory Friendly Time for children with special needs on the 1st Sunday of the month. I applaud them for taking the iniative to include ALL children, no matter their disability or abilities. Great location and a great corporation for our community and all children!
Fun place for children but the food service was slow. It took an hour to get hot wings and celery sticks. Also, the young man doing maintenance on machine's had a screwdriver in his pocket that fell out and hit my daughter while she fed the ticket machine her winning tickets. It was an accident but still might want to be more careful.
Great service! Excellent staff. We just had our son's 3rd birthday party there. Manager Bryant was awesome and Ethan the party planner was super helpful. We had Sergio for our party host, he was very kind and patient. They all checked in on us frequently and went above and beyond. Wonderful experience.

great fun for children. good pizza. they have discount package for military / veterans. Wednesday is cheaper for playing. prices are a bit expensive and they need a million points for everything. all in all, great for children.
Cool place. Given the CORONA VIRUS times, they're out of some toys. Games work. The cashier was nice she took care of us when we had an issue. She's nice and even nicer in person ?. Foods ok. Beer is good.
Chucks is a great kids place, though Chuck E needs to make more of an appearance as this is what the kids look forward to. They have installed better games and upped the quality of their pizza..
Really hope they dont shut down. We practically raised the kids here. Very clean, never over crowded, and the pizza/beer/salad is THEE best! The manager is always willing to except coupons

It was so fun!I got a foam plane after getting like 1,600 tickets,and I thought it would not go far.It went SO far.It did loop de loops! 100000000/10 would go again
Love seeing my grandsons faces, when we surprise them with chuck e cheese...love this place
