Excellent experience with a birthday party tonight. Ashley was our party host and we couldn't be impressed anymore. We never asked where she was when we had questions, not that we had any, because she had everything very under control that no detail remained unattended. She gave us the lead and followed the schedule exactly, so we always knew where and when. Ashley is the kind of hostess that every parent dreams of when throwing a big party with children that can easily get out of control. If you have a party at Newington Chuck E. Cheese, I would recommend that you call Ashley as host. You can thank me later. Take her well, she deserves an award for her attention to detail and professionalis...

My grandson just had his birthday party there and he had a great time. The staff was very nice but I do have one major complaint. The way the place is laid out they have a ramp going down to where all the kids have their birthday party and it's very crowded and very difficult to get in and out especially if you're in a wheelchair .They should rearrange the place and make it more handicap accessible and easier to get in and out instead of only one way which could be very dangerous in case of an emergency and everyone had to leave at once

I liked it, my son has autism and he enjoyed himself. I was a little sad that it wasn't so many games to choose, so I felt that we were running around in circles again and again. Great to go if you want to be there an hour or less, unless you take time to eat what is honestly too expensive. Personal pizza start at 10 dollars etc. but it is worth it because it really tastes good! . My child liked it so good to be back in any case!

We had my kids' birthday party here and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They were so attentive and helpful! I hardly had to do anything. Very recommended.

The staff here was just phenomenal!! I can't say enough. I would recommend this Chuckie Cheese to everyone. Perfect for a young child’s birthday party!!!
