This restaurant does not adhere to any Covid-19 precautions , none of the staff wear gloves or hair nets , and the delivery drivers loitering the shop is an absolute shambles....they all stand in the corner carrying on joking and laughing , they walk through past food to go use the staff bathrooms with no PPE , nothing in this restaurant is sanitary.....it’s disgusting , the staff have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions , the worker Luqman is always in a mood I’m surprised he still works here , how this place is still running I have no idea what the bosses are doing except for sitting twiddling their thumbs and running a sh*t show. now how this franchise is still opened for business food is absolutely disgusting for a start, you have to ask for the food to be made fresh otherwise it won’t be. The chicken ‘peri-peri’ fillets are actually breaded ones that have been marinated, they aren’t grilled fresh from raw a staff member told me this. The staff rotate and new staff are in every other week makes me believe that the staff don’t want to stay there so the new ones don’t know what they’re doing. It’s honestly laughable the franchise owners should come in and take a look unless they are as deluded as the people at this shop.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. I do not plan on returning. They do not take pride in their work, often giving you the wrong items and messing up your order. On top of that, they argue with you when you try to address the mistakes. The shop is also lacking in cleanliness, as can be seen in the attached photo. I would recommend avoiding this establishment.
Ordered food from just eat to pay with cash (purely due to being skeptical that we wouldn’t receive. was told our food would be here at 10 to 2 but received nothing. Tried to phone the place from 1 o’clock to tell them to let us know when outside but no answer (must have phoned at least 8 times poor service food didn’t even arrive so not order from this place.

This restaurant is a complete rip off. I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal through JustEat and instead received 2 boneless fillet breasts (basically chicken burger patties) and 2 old, stale wings. The food was of very poor quality and definitely not worth the hype. I would recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere.
This place is incredibly filthy, never clean, with food all over the floor. The cakes they sell have been sitting there for weeks. I have never seen a place like this before. Went to order food last night and they had nothing left at all. This place seriously needs to be shut down.
Food and service from staff is not good anymore.... every time I go there seem to be new staff probably because they can’t keep staff... service from staff that are inexperienced to work is not going to keep customer..and food quality going down as result too....
Not very impressed by Chunky Chicken. My peri peri wasn’t really fresh and chips got soggy on the way home. Staff aren’t very friendly don’t make any eye contact or strike up a conversation.
