Needs new management! Doesn’t know how to manage its employees or keep the food they advertise in stock. Literally told me at 4pm that they were out of spicy chicken and flat out wouldn’t cook anymore, “because they were too busy”!! Are you kidding me? You can’t fulfill your job because you are doing your job? Sheer laziness. It’s the epitome of why nothing works anymore. Like, I’d go back in kitchen and do it myself if you aren’t intelligent enough to keep a business running. And this is continuously happening with this location! I guess I’m insane for trying to go back there time and time again expecting different results!
It is truly ashame that our fast food restaurants are in such sad shape....the actual Church's Chicken signage on the door says they open at 10:00....you get to the door and there are 2 different pieces of paper taped to the door ....one says they are open from 11:00 8:00 today the other says we will be opening at 1 o'clock today. I just don't get that they couldn't put forth the extra effort to make sure the correct signage is displayed. Well they say Americans are lazy I guess point proven! This used to be such a great establishment years ago and boy has time taken its toll on the quality of this restaurant.
Staff didn’t know the menu they charged us for items they couldn’t even remember to place in our bag and on top of it all they skimmed all the portions . All sides looked and tasted like they have been sitting under a warmer for the whole day. The woman at the register didn’t even apologize for in incompetence . 15 dollar an hour wages for people who can’t even double check an order poor service this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
I can only say that my experience was just bad. The food was old and cold, only took two bites before giving it to my dog. It was just bad. I usually love their chicken, but the chicken sandwich was a disappointment. I will not be ordering it again.

We ordered a 10pc meal and chicken tastes very bland no biscuits no white meat chicken available. Hours are different from website vs on the door. Not sure if will return or not was disappointed but had no time to run up there again.
The chicken was not fresh and overcooked, all six biscuits were not included with my order, and the bombers were served cold. The only redeeming quality was the mashed potatoes.
My bag was half way open when i received it. I got a half a box of Fries Didnt get the other two sides I orders or the other box of chicken I ordered
best huh around....the last years were not great to service, but this last visit was perfect.plenty friendly staff and fast service

All the food was served piping hot and freshly made, and the biscuits were cooked to perfection!
Eating was just okay. the service was just okay. not bad or good on the go
