April 3rd, 2022 8:36pm I circled the building to make sure they were open. I could see the staff inside taking selfies and playing around. The open sign was on and it says open til 10pm. After sitting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes a kid comes out the back door and says, Sorry we're closed I told him it says open til 10pm and he says, Naw, we closed at 9 Notice what time it was at the beginning of my post? The owner of this location is getting robbed by their employees. Who knows how long they say they are working until when they are clearly closing early and lying to the customers? It's shameful.

A couple weeks ago I placed a mobile order, paid through the app, went to the store to pick up my food and pulled up to the drive thru. It was silent. There were employees in the store so I parked and tried to go inside. They all just stared and blatantly ignored me. I realized I wasn’t getting my food so I submitted this issue on their website requesting a call back to talk about what happened. I have yet to hear from anyone or get a refund for the food I never saw. Bad business all around.

Garbage service, slow, and that's IF they serve you at all. Several times I've gone there during their hours and just been stared at and blown off by employees. Also have filed complaints through their online process and got no response. And there is no way to respond to manager comments nor message back on here. The phone number listed on here goes to a fax machine.

they are not in the inner open and noone ever works through. because the pandemic jack in a box is down the hill. I loved them now, they were added to my list of almost food sites I did not go.

This was a clean, friendly and tasty surprise for me! I definitely will be back when visiting Belleville again! The food was hot! Staff was friendly! The restaurant was very clean!
