Ordered a 12 PC. 8 of them were rubbery looking as if they were sitting there all day. I tried to call them afterwards and they never answered the phone. But...the customer service was really good when I was there getting the order. Lady at the window was very courteous.
Showed up to drive thru line at 9:45 (closes at 10:30 according to google) and they never came to the drive-thru. Got off to order inside and the doors were locked. People were still inside eating and employees saw me but intentionally looked away. So rude
The older gentleman of this establishment was very rude. Did not like his demeanor at all. I've never been to a restaurant where almost all of the food that we got was cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Growing up I always looked forward to having Church,s on the weekend after church but know I really don't like the chicken anymore its like its all crust very toasted and no meat and sometimes its very rubbery Reserva una mesa ahora
The church is great for chicken teeth this last time I was great. I stopped going back years. But now I'm back for the chicken pliers. Great service and juicy offers.

Fried chicken here is not what it used to be, pieces are quite smaller. Rolls no longer available.
