We ordered 2 ribs and 2 legs, chicken was very bad as it was so dry we were not able to chew it even a single piece the manager has packed the chicken i also work at church’s and i know about the food we bought at about 12:20 and the chicken was so so so old even the manager should have taken some care when he was packing that. It was so hard to eat.Even the cashier knew that we are their daily customers still theu gave us stale chicken.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was disappointed with the fried chicken. The drumsticks were small and all four pieces of mixed chicken were overcooked and dry (thighs and legs). The biscuits were okay, as were the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I won't be returning to this restaurant, as I believe KFC would have been a better choice.

I was helped by Monica, the supervisor today. She had a warm smile while serving me, and surprisingly exceeded my customer service expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my order, and I felt genuinely cared for. These are the kinds of workers that keep customers coming back…great work Monica ?

Worst experience ..we ordered chicken and fries at the store around 12 am and the manager served the stale food . The manager was so unprofessional even he was not listening what i am ordering . Please try to improve your food quality and customer service

This is a pleasant and peaceful restaurant. The chicken is consistently served hot, making it very satisfying. It's a great spot to chill with friends. Unfortunately, there is no free wifi available. They do have a restroom that is easy to access.

Food is what you get at a Church's Chicken. Pretty good. If you like spicy, I'd suggest getting the wraps spicy. The burgers here aren't spicy at all.At this location though...there were too many flies near the drink dispenser.

Amazing customer service. Washroom was clean and fresh and the service was amazing. This was my first time trying church’s chicken. Thank you Harleen and Monika . You were right the chicken is amazing I will be back.

Something in the chicken burger or mash potato and gravy gave everyone an itchy rash who ordered it. placed order on uber eats as separate order cheques too, all same items. Everyone got hives.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, the staff is also friendly. Their jalapeno cheese is a must-try.
