Church's Chicken - Reserva de mesa

"The bathroom was constantly out of order during my visit, just like my previous one. I requested freshly made okra, but what I received was a mix of new and old, completely defeating the purpose of my request. The table was filthy, and we had to specifically ask for napkins since they weren't provided. The server was inattentive and didn’t greet us at all. The franchise owner needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and service before promoting their establishment. The show 'Undercover Boss' could benefit from featuring this restaurant, as it clearly needs improvement!"

Unacceptable. I'm not one to complain often, but I spent $56 on a meal that was supposed to feed a family of four. The chicken was dry, there were no biscuits, and I received just one small side instead of the two large sides I ordered. The mashed potatoes weren’t sealed properly, so they spilled all over the bottom of the bag. When I reordered the meal, I got a similar result: mushy corn and the mac and cheese was a mess. I didn’t even receive everything I ordered. Ugh. This place seems poorly managed, and the staff must be inexperienced. Terrible experience.

I ordered a $36 meal and was disappointed to discover that it didn't include biscuits. The staff member then tried to sell us the biscuits for an additional $7. I requested a refund, and to my shock, he took all the food we had and mixed it back in with the other hot food intended for other customers. I had touched everything while searching for the biscuits that were advertised in the picture. It was absolutely disgusting to think that the food I had handled was served to someone else. I urge you not to eat here!

Zero stars! We were told to go ahead and place our order, which we did, but then we were asked to wait. A woman then approached us and asked what we wanted to order. We requested the Jalapeño cheese bombers, but she asked if we wanted 4 pieces or 8. It seemed like no one had a clue. The customer service was terrible, and even with just one person in front of us, the wait was too long. We will never return to this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

I wanted to like this location so badly since it's the only one around. I've been going to Church's since I was a kid living in Vegas and was excited to see there was a location near me. Unfortunately my experience just wasn't it. First there was no biscuit in my meal- I overlooked it and just took a bite of my boyfriend's and it was much like the chicken- flavorless but had nice texture.

So everytime I try to come here in the past they always so they out of food that's if you show up 9pm or after. I came yesterday for lunch so they still had chicken! Small amount for sides and the mac and cheese looks horrible tasted fine. Probably stick tokfc with the prices here 1 meal and some tenders and a side already $18.

The chicken was old and not fresh at all, and the fries were only warm. I ordered the three-piece whole wing meal, expecting it to be good since it was a new addition to the menu. Unfortunately, it was so disappointing that I ended up giving it to my dog.

The drive- thru was good. The speaker system worked well. I was the only car there and the ladies were friendly and gave me a free small cup of water. The food was hot and yummy. Reserva una mesa ahora
