First time visiting the restaurant and went through the drive thru. Had a difficult time understanding the person taking the order and upon arriving home with hungry children digging into their food we found out the 12 pc chicken tenders were NOT FULLY COOKED! They were still slimy inside with a weird texture! Also, we bought the family meal for $33.99 and it came with 2 sides and biscuits. The advertisement said would feed up to 6 people. Well, there are only four in our family and it barely did that. We ordered the fries and mashed potatoes as our sides and we all only got like 5 to 6 fries each and only a scoop and a half of the potatoes. Not happy at all and never EVER going back. Gross!...
Went to get dinner for Father’s Day and ordered at the drive thru speaker. We got up to the window and had to repeat the order twice before being able to pay. Once we got home, we had sorted through everything and realized we were missing a whole box of biscuits that we watched them pack and put together, then we had a whole extra sandwich that wasn’t asked for, I mean, it’s a bargain but nobody wanted the extra sandwich, so we ended up wasting food.
The food tasted just as good as the peach-cheese cup looked. However, I would advise against going there! The chicken appeared to have been under the heat lamp for too long, and the fries were nearly raw. The okra seemed like it was just reheated, likely from the previous day. Overall, I can't give a good review this time.
it was my first time trying this joint and i ordered delivery, and everything was wrong. chicken was dry as hell, no sauces i ordered or utensils. drink was forgotten, i got spicy and it wasn’t spicy. ordered white meat and it was all dark. i didn’t get any of my pies. very disappointed and nobody has contacted me back.

I ordered a chicken breast, and it was just one-third of a piece. The apple cake was stale, dry, and past its prime. The biscuit was the only thing worth eating. I would recommend dining elsewhere; it’s definitely not worth it.
The food was good, but there weren't many options available, like meals with three items or family bundles. It seems like KFC and Church's have declined a bit. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
I absolutely love Church's Chicken and just had to share it with my friends. It was their first time trying it, and they were completely enchanted afterward!
The people are incredibly nice. The fries were old and tough, the chicken was tough. The place was clean!

Great chicken but no honey sauces for the biscuits. Not clean inside, but at least it's open inside.
the service fast and the personal friendly, not in the best part of the city.
