Chuy 's, my first experience was over twenty years ago in Orange Park. So happy to have found this great place again. We have recently visited the location in Jacksonville with a great experience. This location was clean and kept up. Nothing was in disrepair the restroom were well stocked and clean. The outside was clean including the entrance and sidewalk leading inside. This location is equally good as the Jacksonville location. We were a party of six, and the host was a little slow getting us checked in as the restaurant was not busy. The food was excellent, so I give a 5-star rating, but the service sucked! My husband ordered lemonade and got a water and finally got the lemonade. After we got our food, our waiter came once to make sure everything was okay after we didn't see him again, not even get a beverage refill. I had to ask for the check and it took forever. Spoke with the manager after we paid our bill and she knew he wasn't a good waiter and apologized for us with such bad service.. Although the food was excellent, I will not go back to this place because the service sucks!! ‘
Food was great. Service was great. Waitress named Marlow was helpful with the vegetarian options. The refried beans don’t have lard. She also suggested the best dishes and was right! We had the veggie enchiladas with the boom boom sauce and she had the Chuychanga made vegetarian for us. Chips and salsa are free and refilled. The salsa is fresh and spicy! Long waits though on the weekend and they don’t take reservations. It was worth the wait though. Also the Boom Boom sauce upgrade is worth it!
The service was somewhat slow, but they were very busy... the waiter was amazing and on point and extremely friendly... Food came fresh and tasted super!! I recommend the Big Borrito... the prices are not bad, you get a lot of food for the money...wish I could go away again, but I live out of the state!

Really liked the food here. The drinks were great and the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly. She also had great advice on what to order. We had the taco and enchilada as well as a vegetarian quesadilla. It was fantastic! Definitely recommend!
The food and service was excellent! This was not our first time at this point and will definitely not be our last. Our server was very friendly and eager to answer all the questions we had regarding the menu.
Amazing food and and amazing service. If you’re in Orlando, you will definitely enjoy this Mexican treasure. So good! I had the combination plate and each bite was better than the previous. Two thumbs up.
Absolutley phenomenal food and our server, Joey, was fantastic. The children even got balloon animals!!! And the creamy jalapeno sauce is to die for!!!

Order the best adult slushee, as I call it, frozen margarita with a Shiner Bock bottle tipped inside. The absolute best!!
