I have been to many restaurants but this one is definitely one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. I have tried several dishes here and have never been disappointed - everything has been fantastic. The portions are generous and the prices are excellent. We came here for a Mother's Day meal and the menu options were great. We ordered from both the regular menu and the Mother's Day menu and everything was delicious. My friend and I went to lunch on a quiet Tuesday afternoon at Ciao Bella. I had dined here before and enjoyed amazing pasta dishes, but couldn't recall what I had previously ordered. The waiter was attentive and even created a special pasta dish for me that wasn't on the menu. It completely exceeded my expectations and surpassed my previous culinary experiences. Ciao Bella provides exceptional service from the waitstaff to the chefs. The ambiance gives off an authentic, domestic vibe, making you feel like you're dining in the hills of Toscana rather than in Romford.

Thrilled to have found such a warm welcoming family run restaurant- my husband and children treated me to a Mother's Day meal there and on such a busy day one could expect the service to be a little compromised perhaps but on the contrary they couldn't do enough for us. They ticked all the boxes- the food was gorgeous, we ordered different meals and they all were beautifully presented, cooked well and fresh. Definately going back here! !!!

Was looking for a meal before going to cinema and although been past Ciao a number of times never been in. Shame I hadn't as it turned out a winner, portion sizes large and very tasty. Huge choice and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Another lovely meal at Ciao Bella , great lasagnes and pizzas , lovely chips , house wine get very good . My only negative is the lattes , can hardly taste the coffee at all , almost like drinking warm milk

Loved this restaurant, food was delicious, atmosphere was really nice.. was able to accommodate for 8 at really short notice.. would definitely recommend this restaurant. Will be going back for sure.

Had a wonderful meal here yesterday for our Wedding Anniversary. Fantastic food (large portions) lovely staff. It was our 1st visit can't wait to go back now.
