Food atmosphere was good. I am allergic to onions and asked for my chicken Milanese to be without onions, they bring me well cooked chicken(overcooked) with a bed of salad and onions underneath. I kindly tell waiter to please change this because I can’t have onions. They bring me back my dish and it’s now Veal Milanese over a bed of onions !!! Now I said I’m sorry but not only did they give me onions again but now they switched my chicken to veal! I certainly did not ask for Veal! We have been coming here to Ciao every year for the last 10 yrs and never had a bad experience as far as service. Until last night! The food was fantastic, except the walnut pesto was just oil! We sat in the bar area at a high top, so we were waited on by bar staff. They seemed to pay alot of attention to patrons at the bar but forgot about us. The female waitress seemed put out by our Asking questions about different wines and then we chose to have a martini instead she was talking about us to the other bartender, saying I didn't like the price of one of the wines. We had a lovely experience dining at Ciao, as we always do. The food is always delicious and the service exceptional. We had the misfortune of witnessing a very loud and rude customer, who ate her entire meal (and apparently enjoyed it) and then decided to complain. I was very impressed with how management handled this unreasonable patron, asking what they could do. She even embarrassed her family, who left the table. Unbelievable how professional and patient management was in this situation. I am a frequent customer, who appreciates the quality of the food and dedication of the staff. We had a family emergency they brought family together from four different states and we needed to order dinner for everyone this restaurant worked with us to consolidate the order we had lasagna, chicken Piccata, eggplant parmigiana, salad, their delicious bread and Tiramisu the food was delicious and the staff was kind and accommodating for this large order! I'm definitely eating here again! I usually go to another Italian restaurant at the other end of the beach but this was worth it! Parking isn't ideal, but currently there is parking at locations next door. The food was fantastic! Best calamari I've ever had.

Really enjoyed our evening here. Service was excellent, food tasty and the prices ce was reasonable. Not pretentious at all just a really good experience.
The food and wine were wonderful. Our server was very attentive without being annoying. Been there before and will be going back again.
