While driving down to California, we stopped in Medford, Oregon for the night. The hotel front desk recommended this restaurant, even though it was close to closing time. We hurried over and the host graciously accommodated us. The interior of the restaurant was a bit dated but clean. We ordered Clam Linguine, Chicken Marsala (a house special with the option of a side salad or soup), and Tri-Tip Steak and Pappardelle (another house special with the option of a side salad or soup). I returned to Cicily's in Medford three months later and was eagerly anticipating my meal. I had recommended this restaurant to many friends and was excited to try the salmon special with spaghetti pasta scampi. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. I received a dirty fork and although the server promised to bring me a new one, she never did. Additionally, the wait staff seemed preoccupied with something and would huddle in groups in front of our table, which was quite frustrating. Despite the delicious food, the poor service definitely affected my overall experience. I hope this was just an off night and not the norm, as I would be hesitant to return if this is the level of service...
I had another wonderful experience at Cicily's! After striking out trying to find something to take home from a local grocery store, I decided to dine-in solo at Cicily's. The restaurant was welcoming with friendly staff, as always. Since I was alone, I asked the hostess to seat me anywhere and she placed me at a small round table with open booth seating facing the bar and TV. I was very pleased with this spot. My waitress for the evening, Stella, was fantastic and eager to help. I knew what I wanted and she quickly brought me my drink, warm bread, and a lit candle votive. Date night at Cicily 's last night was perfect. We started with a bottle of Peter Williams Tempranillo (our Go-to , Calamari, and Insalata Margarita. Marsala dishes are always good here, but last nights Chicken Marsala was the best I 've had yet. The Chicken Fusilli dish was tasty with a balanced smokey flavor, but it 's hard to compete once you 've had the Marsala here. We ended the night with the flourless chocolate torte and tiramisu. The torte was dense and so rich. The tiramisu was light and refreshing. Both were delicious. Stella was our server, and as always she was friendly and timely. We will be back!

This was our first time here and was not disappointed!! The ambiance was soothing and very clean!! The food was amazing, customer service was perfect!! Our server Ken was great took great care of us. We had the chicken parmigiana and chicken Marsala. The portions were so generous. Took my mom for her birthday and they gave her a nice dessert as well!! Definitely will be back soon!!!
We have a golf group that once a month we play golf and then go to dinner at a different restaurant each time. So we tried cicily's. The food was so so. Not bad but not great. Keep in mind that I have eaten in some major cities known for great restaurants. We were there on a Sunday and I'm sure it was not their regular crew but the service was very slow.
Honestly just bad all around, had a cocky waiter who ignored my allergy. We also had to ask for silverware like 4 times and even then we just shared with a friend bc they weren't coming back. This place has consistently gone downhill. It's hard to find a lot of food options in medford but this one's a skip from me.
This place is great! I've never ordered anything that wasn't spot on delicious. My two favorites are the chicken Marsala and the flat iron steak! You won't be disappointed and the prices are great, as well.

Just came for drinks and sat at the bar. The hostess was super friendly and offers us waters. Our server Ken was the best! Very personable and made the perfect drinks. Will ask for him next time!
Italian food period. Dark burgundy ambience with candles and wine. NYC style bar. Nice patio to catch the sunset on. Great bread and pasta.
