If I could give no stars I would. I came in today July 3rd, 2022 and left mortified. To begin with the greeting was fine, paid and got my plate. It all began with one blonde worker who was making the pizzas with her bare hands. She was sprinkling cheese and toppings on the pizza with no gloves. I asked the cashier if there staff is not required to wear gloves? His response ? they wash their hands often?. I walked away. Shortly after I seen the same man go tell the blonde girl what I had said which stirred up drama and dirty looks from behind the buffet. If my husband and I seen the counter before paying I would have left!! Some pizzas had 1-2 slices left before they put. a new pizza out!! Some didn't have all the stuff for the pizza they were putting out. No cheese on some slices! Im assuming that the lady that was there was the manager, I ask if they could make a taco pizza! I told her they made one before. She was getting huffy cause I ask about the pizza! Told her i was just asking!? The tables were dirty with plates and trash on them. Good customer service ,great salad bar. The sweet bar was tasty, probably my favorite part. I didn?t like the thin crust, The pizza was extremely greasy there drink drains smelled horrible and the High C drink and my sweet tea had grounds of some sort in it. They did have a decent selection of pizza choices as more customers arrived. They also had a decent game center for the children seems to me I?m reading it more for the kids than for my own self.
A big thank you to the staff at CiCi's! Over the past two days, we ordered 50 pizzas for the Etowah Valley Humane Society. They had everything ready just when we needed it, and the pickup process was incredibly smooth! We absolutely love CiCi's!

Cleanest Cicis Ive ever been to and well kept decor. Arcade games are mostly new and inviting. Pizza all seemed fresh save one I tried that was a bit on the hard side but the rest was great. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
I had a fantastic experience with the customer service provided by James. All the pizzas were fresh, and he even offered to bring us a few slices to our table as soon as they came out of the oven.
The food looked fresh and cooked well, although the pasta was a little dry. The men's restroom door was missing. It seems to be a family friendly location.
Friendly , CLEAN, Buffet Fresh.Very budget friendly and affordable for hungry growing kids. My grandchildren love the games almost as much as Pizza.
