Read about the great reviews and we wanted to try this place out. I have to say that the customer service is a bit slow. It took about 5 minutes for someone to greet me and hand me a menu. Then from there, it took another 15 minutes between ordering my takeout order and paying before I waited another 15-20 minutes for my food. Besides all this, the food is spectacular. We had shrimp, chicken, veggie, and ground beef tacos. They were delicious. The chicken tacos could use a bit more seasoning however they provided some hot sauce and Mariana/Tomato sauce. This is the first authentic Mexican restaurant I've tried that wasn't overpriced and in downtown Toronto. 3 tacos for 12.95 is a great deal....

I was doubtful to try this restaurant as my previous experiences with authentic Mexican have all left something to be desired. I can honestly say this restaurant was a pleasant surprise and on of the best meals I’ve enjoyed as much in years. The service was impeccable and the food was clearly made with care and love as you don’t just throw together meals that are that perfectly seasoned and balanced. If you haven’t tried it please do but take the time to go in, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a gem of a place located near the jucntion of Kingston and Brock. The place is small and has a few tables and is run by a small team. The food is exquisite and delightful. Must try the chorizo its so good. We tried enchiladas and burritos with it and absolutely loved it. The chimichanga is great to and best part is everything is make to order. Highly recommended.

This place truly is the most authentic tasting Mexican I’ve ever had in the GTA. Having a family home for over 30 years in Mexico I can tell the difference. It’s worth the drive for you to see for yourself. I couldn’t give them a perfect five star review because my wife wanted to try the Basa fish and at lunchtime they already said they didn’t have it available.

First time eating here was amazing.This is a small, family run restaurant with great pricing and even better tasting food. Portion sizes were very good and filling. A bit of a wait on a busy Saturday evening, but the dine-in service was outstanding. This will be my go-to spot for Mexican cuisine in the area!

Delicious, friendly, cosy. What a wonderful little gem. Do yourself a favour and get the nachos with Mexican sausage. Perfection. Also they have horchata!! One of very few places that do! The prices are also a steal and the portions are huge. Please support if you can. ?

First time eating here and I must say, the cozy ambiance, the friendly service and the super tasty food are all amazing. It's a small family run establishment where the dad is the cook and the son the waiter. The prices are reasonable and the potion size is great too.

Small family owned and run local favourite restaurant. The two owners are the chef and the server. They make foods fresh to order with friendly service. Highly recommended.

Service was a little slow but honestly, it's worth the wait. Staff was friendly and the food was fantastic. Portions seemed massive. I need a nap.
