We dined at Cielo Rojo recently for a friend’s birthday, and the experience was fantastic! The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent. I loved my mocktail and the tacos. Be sure to try the salsa trio—it’s a great way to find your favorite salsa since the tacos could use a bit more heat. For dessert, skip the tres leches and go for the churros instead.
