Where do I begin? I loved this place many years ago when it was beloved. Not so much when it was taken over in 2016. Today (after an 8 year hiatus) I strolled in. Really, really hard to walk back into a place where everybody knew your name. Server was fantastic and friendly. Salsa was as good as I remembered. Margarita was super sweet where you purse your lips and wince. Machine churned. My beef tostada suiza was super greasy with ? So I ate 1/4. The small-sized guacamole was indeed petite for the 3.00 one is charged. My side of refried beans was MEH. It arrived TEPID. This restaurant was incredible! The service was insanely fast and the woman who was serving us, I can’t remember her name, but she was so nice and friendly it made the experience even better! The food was delicious I got the spinach quesadilla omg I love how it’s split into mini quesadillas rather than one big one. I wish it didn’t cause extra to make it a dinner cause I would’ve loved rice and beans on the side but I get it lol I will definitely come back here next time I’m in the area and will definitely recommend it to others :
Wow has this place ever gone downhill! The bean tostada used to have refried black beans, the avocado taco had nothing but 3 strips of avocado and a huge double taco shell. Everything was topped with lettuce and tomato, no cilantro and onion to be found. Not authentic! There was no salsa, no red and green sauce, and they forget my mother’s flan. We paid for it but it never came. What kind of basic gringos are eating here?! This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in the south suburbs. Overpriced bland food.
I would give zero stars if I could!!!! I specifically called and made the gentleman repeat my order back twice because my family is deathly allergic to dairy… I get up here 35 minutes later and it’s still wrong and they don’t make any apologies or anything. This place over priced is incompetent as well.

I really love this Mexican restaurant! We enjoy sitting in the indoor/outdoor seating area, which has a great atmosphere. The food always arrives promptly, and there's hardly ever a wait. I highly recommend it!
Food didn't match the price. I bought a steak burrito dinner, a chicken burrito dinner, a glass of red Sangria and a side order of guacamole cost $65.88
The prices are somewhat elevated, but they offer a great selection of vegetarian options, along with excellent salsa and chips.
The prices are extremely high for the small portions offered! I am quite dissatisfied and will not be returning.

It was a great beautiful environment. Lovely staff and delicious food to match. We loved everything.
Great place to get a few drinks and a meal in Homewood, plenty of parking and a cozy patio.
