Cincy Seafood (colerain, Oh)

our server was Simone she was absolutely amazing. So this review has nothing to do with her. But Christian is the manager he racially profiled my friends I. They assumed we were going to walk out on our meal because someone from our party decided to go outside to take a smoke break. I myself, works in the food industry my managers would NEVER make us rush our customers to cash out just because we THOUGHT they weren’t going to pay our tab. Each of us are servers so we completely understand. We know to not make anything difficult on purpose. We felt secluded, targeted, disrespected in the hands of Christian. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. I am completely grateful for our server though she made the experience overall a little bit better. Please do not eat here. Especially if you’re black !! You will be treated completely different.

Ok when I ate there it was bomb. But went back to the Colerain one months back and it was shut down or something so Im confused, are you guys back up and running again?? I hope because the boil was so good. I do think it’s pricey and keep reading about automatic 18% gratuity so if that goes straight to the servers you guys can’t really expect more of a tip from people.

Best seafood around! So fresh and the seasoning in on point! This restaurant and food is definitely 100 out of 10!!!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu!

The food was good and the service was good. It was pretty empty in there, but i think it was just timing. I would go back.
