I love going to Cinnamon with my family. The location and menu (go for the burger if you can! are very good, and the price is fair. However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone at this point as the service has let us down. The service has never been great, but it needs serious improvement. Floor staff are friendly but it's common to see them chatting with each other while the restaurant is busy and customers (like us trying to make an order. On our most recent visit (19th March 6 PM , the service was extremely poor. In a short time, 3 different staff asked if we were ready to order, but in the end, it took 4 attempts and over 20 minutes to get our bill. I do think that better manag...
The food was dreadful, I had the world's worst burger I would have been better off going to Supermacs. To be fair I have once had a nice meal there but every other time it has been very bad, I will definitely not be going back.
I really like this restaurant. Usually quite full with a mixed clientele. It was quiet when we went. Friendly, attentive staff. Lovely food. Generous portions. We brought home the following day’s lunch!! We’ll be back soon
Everything was perfect! Good food, great environment and the staff were lovely! Me and my husband are both vegans and the vegan burger and vegan nachos were terrific! Definitely recommend Cinnamon Monkstown!

Very quiet for a Friday evening. Food average. Service fine but zero atmosphere. Won’t be returning.
Generally nice but they ruined that sea bass dish with the pesto veg. All you could taste was pesto.
I thought the portions were too large and there was much oil used in cooking.
