What an amazing Sunday roast and experience. The food was beautiful, hot and plenty of it. Price is very reasonable. The staff are so attentive. Always round asking if we needed anything. The pub is beautifully decorated and the garden is lovely. Shame weather not to great to enjoy it . I would highly recommend this pub. A gem! Looking forward to visiting again. Food: 5

Our annual visit to the Cinque Ports collided with a fantastic summer festival which included an upcoming band and our new favourites: mixed emotions! Incredible turn out for a really talented band. I can tell you now, this band will never forget this pub! Even when they’re performing at Glastonbury, Reading Leeds!

Very nicely decorated pub, large beer garden and friendly service staff. Unfortunately there is no food on offer on Tuesdays. However, we were able to enjoy the take-away food we picked up separately with a good pint of beer in the beer garden. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was awful. Sunday Roast Ha! More like burnt toast!! Literally had no taste whatsoever and the roast potatoes tasted like they were cooked the week before and reheated. Overall great establishment. Excellent Staff who are quick to take your order. Lots of room for various size groups and a great patio with TVs to watch Sports in the back of the pub. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
