Cipollini Trattoria And

I'm not sure if my treatment experience was because I'm a poc or if they just profile their customers absolutely, but I never felt so unwilling in a restaurant before. the waiter did not smile and gave my group very little time to decide. After we had ordered 3 pizzas and asked 5 different STAFF members to give us comminuted red pfeffer, our request was completed only 20 minutes later. After we had finished our meal, it had taken another 15 minutes to take a waiter our dessert order of 1 cappuccino and they only came to take our order after I physically went out of my seat to the three managers who were around to do nothing) and asked them to help me take a waiter to show us our answer to which they answered "no need to see any service they have absolutely no answer to." when we grabbed the left pizza, we had asked them to separate the vegetarian pizza with the one not veg pizza slice that they could not make so that 5 other slices could not be eaten from the rest of my family as they are vegetarian. the only service they quickly provided was the check to which the waiter overhover wires to take the reception. overall only absolutely terrible experience that felt like my money is not enough. eating is moderate, but they will always be busy because the location is great. this is not the first time that I have received this treatment, and I can assure them that I am not the only one. hope ownership recognizes this problem and changes.

corona virus facilitated getting a table in cipollini for lunch on Saturday. Eating here is always excellent. the service is good, but it takes a lot to check the waiting staff regularly. the noise level was moderate because the restaurant was not filled. Usually it's pretty loud because it's a place. the carpaccio is a lot arugula and not much meat. the prices are at the upper end, but they get a very good meal.

dear cipollini! I went for my first socially distant meal and of course was fabulous! great food, great service and all the directives were followed! recommend this fabulous restaurant!
