The service staff greeted me warmly and kindly and let me choose a nice table. For the main course, I chose a classic beef tartare from the menu accompanied by French fries. As a starter, I chose from today's menu a warm red thuna on salads of young leaves seasoned with a vinaigrette. The service recommended a glass of Chardonnay from Italy. Dessert was a glass tiramisu with pieces of amaretti and excellent espresso. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly exchanges with the service staff and the very balanced and delicate meal. An extra meal, worthy of a true Italian restaurant. The incredible 3/06-day pizza. The scalope milanaise, specific to big appetites, excites. Rarely we ate the Italian so refined. Very nice and helpful servers, we highly recommend CIPRESSA! During a visit to the luberon, it is a must-have restaurant.

The setting was very pleasant the good meal but the Pichet d'eau at 7 euros we didn't really enjoy!!!
